At Endoca, we're proud to offer our high-quality hemp products to customers around the world. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our international customers, we've outlined important information regarding shipping, delivery times, and legal considerations when ordering outside of the USA.
We strongly recommend reviewing the details below, especially if you're ordering from a country with specific regulations around the import of hemp-based products.
Orders outside the USA
All orders shipped outside the USA are dispatched from Europe.
We process orders within 48 hours of submission, unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, excluding holidays). Orders placed on national holidays will ship the following business day. International orders are shipped using standard UPS shipping.
Inspection
We ship worldwide, but some countries have import regulations that may delay the transportation of hemp-based products. We hope that soon the entire world will learn about hemp solutions — in the meantime, we will notify you immediately if an inspection from your postal service or customs delays your package.
Orders to Greece take approximately 10 days to arrive. With express shipping — 2 days.
